On December 23, SIMAD University hosted an impactful event titled “Advancing Somalia’s Healthcare Together,” bringing together experts to discuss the role of health professionals in achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC) in Somalia. The panel, featuring leaders from eHealth Somalia, SOPHA, UNICEF, and Demartino Hospital, fostered dialogue on bridging gaps in the healthcare system and advancing equitable access to care.
