Dr. Najib Isse Dirie, Senior Research Associate at the SIMAD Institute for Global Health (SIGHt), together with Dr. Bashiru Garba, Director of SIGHt, conducted an official visit to Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, Nigeria. The visit focused on strengthening the partnership between SIGHt and ABU, with plans to establish postgraduate programs in health sciences at SIGHt. This collaboration builds on a previously signed agreement between the institutions, aimed at advancing academic exchange, research, and capacity building in healthcare.
